What is Qr Code

A QR code (short for "quick response" code) is a type of barcode that contains a matrix of dots. It can be scanned using a QR scanner or a smartphone with built-in camera. Once scanned, software on the device converts the dots within the code into numbers or a string of characters. For example, scanning a QR code with your phone might open a URL in your phone's web browser.It is this massive amount of data that enables links to such things as videos, Facebook or Twitter pages or a plethora of other website pages.

 1.Open app installer like Play store or app store.

2.In the search box type Qr code scanner.

4.After installing qr code scanner then open.

 5.then fir your qr code in the camera frame.

6.Then it will show you pop containing open url site.

 7.Now click on ok and you will be redirected to that site.

Why to use Qr codes  

The reason why they are more useful than a standard barcode is that they can store (and digitally present) much more data, including url links, geo coordinates, and text. The other key feature of QR Codes is that instead of requiring a chunky hand-held scanner to scan them, many modern cell phones can scan them.
